As the Chief Investment Officer of The Landes Group, Justin brings over 20 years of experience specializing in single-tenant acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity placement, asset management and leasing. Justin has been involved in over $1B in transactions focused on single tenant net leased acquisitions. Previously, Justin was managing director Landes Fairmount and the asset manager for Vintage Interests and was responsible for directing acquisitions and the leasing and management of over 2 million square feet of commercial properties. Prior to joining Vintage Interests in 2006, Justin was with Holliday, Fenoglio, Fowler, L.P., where he was responsible for placing over $325 million within the capital marketplace through debt and equity placement, structured finance and investment sales.
Justin currently serves on the board of Walle Corporation, a leading label supplier to the consumer packaged goods industry and The Clayton Dabney Kids with Cancer Foundation providing families assistance with children in terminal cancer situations. Justin is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, focused on supporting the Momentous Institute, which builds and repairs social emotional health for kids and families through our chief fundraiser, the AT&T Byron Nelson, a PGA Tour event. Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Foundations
