Dallas-based Landes Investment Group Inc. said Monday that it has bought 36 CVS Pharmacy locations valued at about $110 million.

The properties were acquired from CVS, which will continue to lease the locations. The buildings are in 19 states and include two in the Dallas area.

Landes financed the purchase through TIA-CREF and Prudential Capital Group. Last year, Landes bought 313 CVS stores valued at $1.38 billion through an affiliate.
