Lobo Tortilla Factory, Inc. was formed in June 2004 to manufacture a variety of flour tortillas, corn tortillas and pre-cut chips. Lobo opened a state of the art facility in December 2004 and shipped the first tortilla order in Januaray of the following year. Today Lobo produces over 2 million tortillas a day supplying tortillas to companies such as CKE Restaurants, Bimbo Foods, Sara Lee, Chili's, On the Border, Rodriguez Foods, J. Alexander's, Bob Evans, Owen Foods, and Taco Tico. Lobo and its 192 employees strive to be the leader in tortilla manufacturing.
